Artist-in-Residency at Galvez Garden

Inspired by nature in our urban landscape and committed to environmental conservation, NOLA Artist Incubator offers Artist-in-Residency opportunities for creative experimentation and expression in the arts.

Based at Galvez Garden, we encourage artists to interpret themes of environmental art, environmental conservation, local environmental awareness, green architecture, and community gardening for sustainability through their craft. AIRs collaborate with the Incubator through hosting workshops, creating place-based works of art, and providing cultural experiences for participants at our garden and through our beautification projects.

Writers, Musicians, and Culture Bearers

Supporting the creative economy and adding opportunities to the existing culture in New Orleans, the Incubator welcomes creatives of all disciplines to activate spaces with us through their craft. Annually we host a spring celebration that supports musicians to provide entertainment and enrichment for the event.
