In Partnership with Indigo Coaching, Dr. Bethany Moore will be delivering yoga, meditation, and breath work classes at Galvez Garden. Classes will be held on Fridays in November from 10am-11am.

What to Expect:
A 60-minute slow flow of breathwork, meditation and yin yoga poses (less dynamic than the yang style but more powerful) which allow for the ability to go deep within and discover the inner workings of your heart and mind.

The stillness of yin poses allows for the release of repressed emotions that are stored in our hips, allowing for the free flow of energy (air and water) which sustains a rich fertile environment where new seeds can sprout, grow and thrive.
